the LOCATION & VENUE
We’ll gather together for this 2026 intensive in the beautiful city of Johannesbeurg, South Africa. Founded in 1886, Johannesburg city is the world’s largest landlocked city not situated on a river, lake, or coastline. and is famous for its massive urban forest. It is situated in a high altitude (over 1,750m), and is a major, fast-growing financial hub and is the largest city in southern continent of Africa.
Sandton in Johannesburg is the commercial, business, and entertainment hub of South Africa, and offers many interesting features including Sandton City shopping center, the largest in Africa, and the Nelson Mandela Square. Sandon is connected via high-speed rail to OR Tambo Int’l Airport via the dedicated Gautrain.
TRAVEL
Participants will be responsible to pay all costs of their own travel, flight & accommodation to attend this Intensive. You are advised to check & comply with policies regarding travel as may be required in your country of origin for travel to South Africa.
Transport, food & accommodation and all personal items is the responsibility of the participant. This includes but not limited to meals, personal health & medical items, visas, cab fares, etc

We will gather daily at Protea Hotel Johannesburg Balalaika Sandton for the duration of the program. Meeting rooms & other program requirements are provided. Details will be shared when nearer to the dates.

Hi, my name is Dephy. I’ve been coaching professionally now over 10 years.
Being a professional coach means delivering the kind of coaching that clients actually pay for. In a world of “learning”, what I don’t do is to ‘learn’ how to be a coach at the client’s expense by giving it for free.
I’m excited that clients have always been able to turn their learnings into financial & reputation value – such as up-leveling their career with promotions, new roles, new job appointments, Board member positions, etc.
